AHA is a “Not for Profit” organization representing people of Haryanvi origin in Australia to preserve and promote Haryanvi culture mainly through community events. We raise funds through donations and grants from authorities where possible. Organization is run by its volunteers. On occasions we may seek paid service from commercial providers for their services to support our activities.
As part of our activities, we organize public picnics for members and short excursions for senior citizens of our families.
We are not a travel agency neither are we a commercial event organizing company.
Although our volunteers take care in ensuring safety and wellbeing of participants in our events and excursions but some of the activities may be susceptible to accidental injuries through participation or travel etc.
Any travel organized through the organization either by our volunteers or through any contract drivers always carry the risk of injury through accidents or other unforeseen mishaps.
Through this disclaimer, we wish to clarify that AHA shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members due to organization of an event for participants.
By signing this disclaimer, you assume the complete and full responsibility and release AHA from any duty of personal or organization liability of any loss or damage caused by unintentional actions of its volunteers or breach of contract or any intentional or unintentional or careless actions or omissions on part of its suppliers or its volunteers which may result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your companion.
We endeavour to provide a safe and secure environment for our members however we are unable to guarantee that a particular event or activity would not cause any loss, damage, or injury to the participants. Further, you undertake to follow all reasonable requests made by our volunteers to take part in any event organized by AHA.
